For River Bend Campground: The park was meh but my site was terrible. I was on a triangular corner with an rv on one side and another wedged in at an angle. Their plugins were within 4 feet of my fire pit. Despite the reservation claiming it was a shaded site, the only shade until the late afternoon was the shadow of my motor home. We couldn’t use the picnic table because it was in the full sun. It was too hot to lean against.

For River Bend Campground: Not happy!!! We were charged over $80 (after Good Sam discount) for a site with no sewer, no cable and $$$wifi. Showers had like-warm water and very little pressure.
I would avoid this campground; one of our top ten worst.

For River Bend Campground: We love this place and have spent several Memorial Day weekends here over the past years. The place is really kid and pet friendly with tons of activities and several playgrounds for the kids. The beach area is great with deeper spots for the adults and older kids to swim and jump in and lots of shallower beach areas for the little kids. We have found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The facilities are simple but always clean and fully stocked. The location is also close to several great wineries and the ocean so that is a plus as well. Overall this is a great place to stay at.

Airstream Camper
For River Bend Campground: Campground is on a very loud road that is traveled by semi-trucks ALL night long. Sites are packed in with very little room between them, quiet hours are not enforced and the host was grouchy. In my opinion the website and price tag are misleading.

For River Bend Campground: We were greeted by a woman when we arrived whom was more mad at us breathing the same air as her, then helpful. She huffed a puffed every time I said something and I am a very nice person. Then the very expensive site we were given was so close to our neighbors that we could hear them talking all night, because apparently there isn't a quiet time here. The site was in 100% sun and isn't on the river. The parking situation is also not ideal if you have a tow vehicle expect to park it far away, if you get a parking spot at all. All in all it wasn't a very nice stay. I would never recommend this park.

For River Bend Campground: The sites are really not on the river but 200 feet up on a bluff with one ladder access. Lots of full time residents . Many feral cats. The host were a very nice couple but the park us not as described. Internet must be paid for and is similar to dual up when you can get it.

For River Bend Campground: I had no idea my 'loud' motorcycle would not be allowed in the park when we made our reservations (there was no decibel check or standard, just brand specific) and yet the 6 or 8 people in the camp next to us were louder(even at 2 am), and the Rousch Mustang coming and going was also louder.
