For Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park: Was told they are not open until August 2025. My star rating means nothing because we did not get to go there.

For Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park: Standard CA State no hookup campground, good sized sites many flat within an oak / manzanita forest. Coin-op showers fine for the genre. Several trails / hikes, easy one up to an observation platform. Short distance to tourist Santa Cruz. Did not need a reservation in late September.
