For Emerald Cove Resort: This is a high pressure time share facility. I called to make reservation, they shuffled me three times between two people to get me to sit through a one hour presentation. I stated all I wanted was a few nights I will pay, they hung up on me.

For Emerald Cove Resort: We have been camping here many times since we are members. We glad they have pull thru's. sites on the river are tight. Your neighbors sewer connection is right next to your picnic table. Sites toward the back are bigger. They just dropped in some pea gravel along the roads and some sites. Sites are all dirt/ gravel with FHU. The 2 Pools are maintained well along with the 2 jacuzzi. The pool bar has karaoke and serves food,wine and beer. Also has 2 big screen TV. The bathrooms are all old and in need of remodel. The washers and dryers are also old and need to be replaced. There is always some out of service. Jessie the park manager tells me there are plans to upgrade all bathroom and washers/ dryers. Not sure what year that will happen . Mostly snowbirders in the winter months. But when school is out and on the weekends there tends to be a lot of families with kids , and younger crowd. More noise and partying.
But for the most part a decent park.
Clubhouse is ok but they don't have a lot of organized groups. They do have a church service on Sunday here at the park. Lots of room to walk your dogs and 2 small enclosed pet areas.
