For Cracker Barrel: We stop a Crackr barrel fairly regularly and I must say at best it'd hit and miss with quality, our experience this evening at the Akron store was the WORST..
Since 2020 I haven't been able to order the old timer breakfast they are always out of hash browns or gravey of something.
Tonight it was gravy we asked what the sides were (since they are always different store to store fore some reason) we were told pancakes was about all the had for sides so pancake it was. At check out we were charged 1.99 for pancakes apon talking to Sam the manager we were told pancakes we not on the side lis. We told him that e didn't get biscuit & gravey but are still being charged for them couldn't we just substitute the pancakes.
He flatly said no have a mice evening and ran off as Ui was still trying to talk to him.
You chain is going down the drain and we won't be coming back anytime soon.If this is how customer relations are handled...
And doubt I will hear from management sad I used to enjoy CB now its just a Cluttered a dusty fast food joint corporate crap pile.

For Cracker Barrel: This worked out great for us. We called ahead to verify RV parking was OK; the person was very pleasant and directed us to park on the side in the RV parking spots. The restaurant is near the freeway, but the noise was minimal. They have a large parking area for RVs and buses (maybe 8 spots). There were only two other RVs there last night. Our dinner and service were great — we had the grilled chicken and grilled chicken salad. Walkable distance to a Home Depot, movie theater, and several other stores.
