For Sunny Acres Mobile Home Park and RV Park: This is really a residental mobile home/RV park. Use this park (as we did) as a weekly base to explore the area, IF you're RV is shorter than 25' and self-contained. There are 3 spots available on the edge of the parking lot, a bit off level. We had low voltage problem the first night and was able to share another site's power pedestal after that. Laundry is OK, could be better taken care of. Quiet nights, friendly residents. Close to BART trains to the Bay Area. Concord has a nice, lively downtown. We had to pay with a Money Order, although our neighbors paid with a check???

For Sunny Acres Mobile Home Park and RV Park: I called 30 minutes out to check availability. Yes, the lady told me, no other information offered. Upon arrival we learned that this business doesn't accept credit cards or cash. We would have to go find a place to purchase a money order!! Unfamiliar with the area, we drove around for a few minutes and decided not to patronize such a ridiculously antiquated business. The least they could have done was tell us when we called. What business these days doesn't accept credit cards??!! Wasted a lot of time getting there (quite a ways out of out way) then ended up at a hotel anyway. NOT a happy camper.
