For Cracker Barrel: Average size parking lot. Heard highways noise given its close proximity to the highway. One other RV last night. Felt safe.

For Cracker Barrel: They have 4 RV sites and one on the side that could be used. Staff were very nice. It is a busy Cracker Barrel and you can hear the highway noise but noise wasn’t horrible. I wish people who walked their dogs would pick up after them😡

For Cracker Barrel: Pulled in around 12. Open parking lot situated next to a Hampton in on one side (feels safe). Stayed in a class B but the lot is flat with dedicated rv parking spots so most rigs would fit. We didn’t hear much road noise and it was a peaceful night sleep. Would stay here again.

For Cracker Barrel: May 2019: we called ahead to ask for permission to stay here overnight. The manager was super friendly and said of course, and indicated there was parking on the East side of the building. This Cracker Barrel was located close off the highway in a busy area. About 5 good sized RV/bus spots. There’s a gas station nearby, but it did not have diesel. We had to go a mile or so up the road (or you could go to to the TA back across the highway). The staff here were incredibly friendly, and the sandwiches were great. The reason we are giving this a 3 star is because the highway traffic was unusually loud. It kept us up at night (and we have a 5 month old baby with a sound machine playing!). We thought maybe the traffic would slow down overnight, but it did not. Our dog only barked once in response to the unfamiliar highway noise, but if you have a dog prone to barking or startling this would not be a good spot for you. I really wish we could have given them a higher review because the employees were friendly. It’s too bad that when they built this CB they didn’t locate the RV/bus parking on the opposite side, away from the highway. Although, there is a motel back there called All Knights with some interesting characters, so perhaps that would have brought its own challenges! Especially since there appear to be Cracker Barrel’s every 15-30 miles in this area, it might be wise to stay somewhere else if you think you’d be bothered by the road noise. If not, this place totally works.

For Cracker Barrel: When I arrived, one other Class A was parked there with all his slides out. Other RV/Bus spaces had regular vehicles in them. So I pulled halfway in spot beside Class A and had to wait until vehicle in my spot left to pull all the way up about half hour later. Then Class A started running generator and fumes were coming in my open windows, so when another space became open an hr later moved to get away from Class A. I thought it was proper etiquette to not put out slides and run generators for overnight parking in these situations. It was not so hot or cold (middle of May 2019) that a generator needs to be going, and putting out 2 slides—come on, how rude. Go to an RV park instead. We are grateful CB let’s us have this privilege and things like this is probably why many Walmart’s no longer allow overnight parking.
