For Camping World: Great customer service when I came in with an issue trying to get my generator to work during our trip! They came out and looked— took some things apart to see if it was a trailer issue! It was my generator. They explained and were very helpful! Their guy went above & beyond to try to help me! Thank you!

For Camping World: I purchased a Forest River NOBO 16.5 about 2-1/2 months ago down in Carson City, NV and my wife was not happy with the size and layout. So I went looking for the NOBO 19.5 because the floor plan was much better with where the bed was location, bigger bathroom, etc..
The closest dealership I could find with this model was all the way to this location in Idaho Falls, ID. After working with salesperson Tommy, he was able to work it out where we didn’t take as bad of a hit on the depreciation of the 16.5 model, and was able to set us up for the 19.5 model. We stuck with these models since we have an SUV pulling and these trailers are under 5000 lb. We are super happy with our new travel trailer and the customer service that was provided to us. The store was amazing with all the options and products it has in stock.
As big as the property is, it would have been nicer to see a bigger parking lot provided for its customers. That seemed to be pretty limited. Other than that, nice facility!
