For Golden Pines RV Resort and Campground: This is a wonderful place to stay. GREAT staff, bathrooms ( if needed) are extremely clean with coin op showers ($1.25 for 7 min). The setting is great with super friendly guests. Mixture of full time and camping sites but that did not detract from the atmosphere. In the middle of the National Forest with easy access to trails.
We have 30ft Class A with TOAD and had no issues getting to the campground or maneuvering in it. Host escorted us, helped back in, and made sure we were good with connecting utilities. They pick up garbage milt times a day which was nice.
Easy drive from OaklandDublin area. Stayed 1-5 June. Definitely coming back!!!

For Golden Pines RV Resort and Campground: Nice campground. Hosts and owners very nice. Campground spaces are nestled in between redwood trees. The sites are close together with smaller cabins sprinkled throughout. Has a great big area for tents - very quiet campground. Lots to do in the area. 2 miles north of the Big Trees Calaveras State Park. Our group of three were in 58, 57 and cabin rental. 58 part sun/shade, 57 shady, 56 sunny/part shade. Overall, this is a nice campground and reasonably priced. We would stay again!

For Golden Pines RV Resort and Campground: Nice campground amongst the tall trees. Mostly monthly rentals. With a few nightly campsites. Took us a while to level the 40 foot motorhome. We paid $45 a night on the weekend. And 22.50 using Passport America on the weekdays. Our Verizon phone worked to make calls, but was difficult getting the Internet.
Yes we would come here again.
