For Plaza Mobile and RV Park: The lot needed mowing, not mowed all summer. Dog poop on the lot and wenneeded to look and pickup before using. The lots are very uneven, so hard to find a place to set a lawn chair. Terrible.

For Plaza Mobile and RV Park: Stayed here for the month of October 2016. Parked next to the entrance of the park, quasi level asphalted site, with good services (30 amp power, water, sewage and wifi). Didn't use the washrooms/ showers, but did use the laundry room facilities. This is a mobile home park, with a small RV section at the entrance. While all facilities that we used were in good working order, everything is quite dated. From the mobile homes and RVs on site, to the facilities. If you don't mind what the environment looks like, then this place is for you. Conveniently located, next to public transit (bus stop practically at the door), near shopping etc. good price. Expect noise from traffic and frequent ambulances sirens a-blazing (hospital within +/- 5 km away)

For Plaza Mobile and RV Park: We had full hook and had no problems with any of those services. Although we didn't use the bathhouse, there was a sign on the door to the men's room the entire five days we were there that said it was out of order. It was a mobile home park with a few RV spaces. The place was dirty and dilapidated looking. I wanted to bring in a power washer and clean up all the mobil park trailers there. The WiFi did not work well at all. Good enough for an overnight stop but I don't think it's worth a lengthy stay.
