Beloit store. Do not let them give you a store credit if you have the receipt!!! I was asked when I made my return with receipt. If a store credit was ok. I was buying quite a lot for a project. I said yes. Did not need everything and went to return something on that receipt. Manager Chris said I had to take a credit because a credit was used. Explained everything. He wouldn’t even Look up the original transaction to show a receipt was used. Gave a lot of bull talk about system doesn’t let them Change it. Run and beware that customer service people are taught to try and give you a credit first.....no morales or ethics here!!
