disappointed
For Plato Island Resort and Marina: Quite disappointed with the whole experience. Cabins were not much more than shacks, and after paying extra for a child and a dog, were still nickel and dimes for everything else. From $5 for a shower, to $6 for a bag of ice. There very little parking next to the cabins, and you will be scolded if you upset management in any way. I rent a cabin for a week every summer, and thought I'd try this place. I will not be back. Driving down a gravel road filled with potholes for 30 km (took about an hour) to pay $100/night after the "extras" like my kid and dog, then having to pay $10/day to moor my boat on top of it all. It is not worth the time or money to stay in theis place in my opinion.
