For Rest Stop: There is a dump station at the Chugwater Rest Area. The sand has built up around the dump as if it has not been used in some time. The water to rinse down spillage or to rinse drain hose is missing and besides the water is turned off. I know that the state of Wyoming closed this rest area earlier this year to save money, however to advertise a dump station and not maintain it is poor operation. Don’t bother to stop.

For Rest Stop: RV dump, but no over night parking. Looks like there might be a small rv park behind it.
