For Rest Stop: As of July 2, 2024: The entire rv dump station at the northbound rest area, including access to the freshwater station, is blocked off with multiple tall concrete barriers. This appears to be one of the recent permanent closures of several rv dump stations made by Washington’s state department of transportation.
