For Silver Tip - Skagit Valley Provincial Park: I stayed at the campground by the river. The sites were large and mostly private. Campground was quite and relaxing. This is a great alternative to Manning Park as this area has hiking trails as well. If you want to skip the Manning crowds stay here.
