For Cottonwood Meadows RV Country Club: Pleasant park. Clean and well maintained Showers free, but either ran scorching or freezing

For Cottonwood Meadows RV Country Club: I called to inquire about a tour or possibly reservations for the fall of 2023, I was informed that the owner does not like that…. I was also asked what year and make my RV was and when I informed them of the year I was told mine rig was to old. We have a 97 Newmar Dutchstar. My rig is in excellent condition and never have been turned away from a single resort or campground. I was told they only allow units 10 years old and newer. Unfortunately for them I don’t have a spare 300k to but a new rig just to stay at their resort. What a joke……… Thankfully most parks are not so rude and evaluate rigs on appearance if needed. I have been asked a couple times to send pictures which I don’t mind doing to ensure our bookings are confirmed. PS I’ll update this review with pics in a few days.
