For Rest Stop: Clean, small, stocked vending machines, good basic rest stop.
It’s on a hill so sleeping might be rough. And there are a bunch of 2 hour parking signs so I am not sure if they will enforce that but it’s there. Penn State allows overnight parking at rest stops along the interstate so do with this contradictory information as you wish. Lol I am not going to sleep here so I can’t tell you.
