For Rancho Sedona RV Park: Great park! Electric and water was $37 for our van. Very clean and quiet. It was a perfect oasis in the busy town of Sedona. I would definitely stay there again. They have lots of little touches around the park for travelers. Example is dish soap at the wash station. Clothes line with clothespins near the laundry. One of the cleanest parks I have ever stayed at.

For Rancho Sedona RV Park: We stayed there 6/16-6/18/2019. They were having an unbelievable heat wave, but with all of the huge shade trees in the park our AC was able to keep up. The spaces are quite large. We had neighbors on both sides yet it felt private. It is a clean well run park. They have direct access into Oak Creek which was a perfect way to cool off during the 102 temps. We will definitely stay there again.

For Rancho Sedona RV Park: One bathroom for 84 sites with 2 toilets and no urinals is not adequate- bathroom constantly busy and have to make repeated visits. Very nice park.

For Rancho Sedona RV Park: Nicely maintained park, walking distance to some great shops and restaurants. You are right on top of each other but it is heavily treed with fences separating areas so it feels more secluded than it really is.

For Rancho Sedona RV Park: I'm happy to have picked up a cancellation for night night and really enjoyed the Sedona area. The park is walking distance to the town with great views. Gravel roads and sites. Verizon LTE is full bars but the park WiFi is really lame and I was under one of the routers. For the prices they charge it should have great WiFi. Shower house was clean.
