For The Resort: I'm sorry but I can't give this park average. We are full-timers and visit a lot of parks. If it wasn't for our very close friends staying here we wouldn't be here.
Pros: Great swimming pool, exercise room, Pickleball courts and lots of activities.
Cons: sites are very narrow if you have a dually truck. Park is majority park models. Outrageous price. $326 a week. Do not and will not offer any discounts even though the park is losing people.

For The Resort: Dec 2014 to Feb 2015. We arrived at the beginning of December. The park is mostly park models with some spots for RVs. We understood that the area we were in was pet friendly, however, some of the more permanent members were very unfriendly. We were really restricted as to where we could walk the dogs, even though we are responsible pet owners. The park was clean. Restrooms, pool and common areas were clean and well maintained. The staff didn't provide us with a welcome packet until nearly a month after we got there, like they didn't want us to know what was available within the park. Some of the gate monitors were not friendly and would watch me approach the gate with Resort pass displayed and would not even open the gate. Some would wait until I had my gate key ready to slide, and only then open the gate. Oh, BTW, you purchase the gate key and it's not refundable. Had I known that I would have just used the code. The Laundry requires you to buy a cash card which you can never use entirely and the balance is not refundable either. We had to wait for the office to open In order to buy a laundry card. Had to ask about everything, including how the mail worked there. We were hostage to their office hours (closed on weekends and after 5PM weekdays). I had to pay a monthly electric fee and later got an additional bill for amount of electric used. Nice gig! Overall, the Resort was clean, conveniently located , but unfriendly to RVers and pets, and fairly expensive. We left early having arranged another RV to take our spot and Management gave us a prorated refund which I had to wait 3 weeks for. Thank you for that. Over all, a 3 rating from me. Average.
