For Rest Stop: Update on dump. Still there and open!!! Someone moved the grate so now you can put your waste tube into the sewer hole. There are some chunks on concrete that you can use to block the sewer opening when you leave. Power wash still works Rinse water still works.

For Rest Stop: Good luck dodging the low hanging tree branches going out AND the deep potholes.

For Rest Stop: A bit unkempt, but the restrooms were not horrible.
Distance from I-80 lowers the din of truck traffic.
Sparsely used the night we were there.

For Rest Stop: We made the mistake of first parking where a lot of the semis were, and it was loud. Once we moved to a different part of the lot, it was much quieter. Plenty of parking. Bathroom is disgusting, and trash was overflowing(thankfully we had our own bathroom). Beautiful view of the mountains to wake up to.

For Rest Stop: Review is basically just about the dump. It is easy to access on your way out. It is odd in that there is a grate over the hole so there was a bunch of toilet paper stuck on the grate when we got there. Our sewage also backed up the ramp so one has to life the discharge hose up in order to not get it contaminated. The rinse water would be more convenient closer and it took 2 of us to rinse our discharge hose into the waste area. One cool feature, however, is the cleaning water you can use to clean up the area you just dumped sewage. Push the button and water comes from under your RV across the cement to the drain.
