For Mesa Gardens Budget RV: If you like being harassed but homeless people standing at the dumpsters shooting up or asking for money and food. It’s a good place to stay. It’s gated. The gates don’t lock have had a bicycle stolen. And they said it was my fault because it was chained to my camper. The chain was cut but it’s gated with a key code and the on of the doors don’t have a lock on it
