For A Bar A Campgrounds: Wish I could give this place a negative zero. The lady running it Annie is literally someone who did drugs one too many times in her youth. Yelling,screaming and being talked down to like I was a piece of trash was enough for me.She is pure mean. I can't believe they have left her to be their business representative. Left early

For A Bar A Campgrounds: I there should be a no star rating for this place. The camp manager is so mean and full of bitterness it’s unbelievable. The story is to long my fingers would get tired of typing. One thing to remember is the office is closed on Saturday Sunday Monday.

For A Bar A Campgrounds: I don't even want to give this place 1 star. How it is even listed as Good Sam and Passport America approved is beyond me. The woman who runs this place?Annie is not well. She is mentally and physically deranged. She only comes out of her trailer when she feels like it. We have waited for her and have seen other campers waiting in front of office for long periods of time. She makes up rules as she pleases, ever changing at any minute. They advertise restrooms, showers and laundry room however, these are not working and she locks the bathrooms every other day because she is angry with someone who left a mess, therefore, punished the whole park. I made arrangements with her prior to my check-in and she forgot that we even spoke and the berated me for 30 minutes in front of other customers. She made up out right lies about things I supposedly said. I would not have stayed here except at the time it was literally the only place available in the area so wanted to be in near my family. I will never stay there again. Everyone who was staying there could not believe how crazy she is. She is just not good for business. I can't believe the owners let her run the place. Anyway, would not recommend this place, they do it have any amenities that they offer.

For A Bar A Campgrounds: Called ahead after driving all day and looking for a safe and inexpensive overnight from where I could continue travels the next AM. The woman I spoke with was accommodating, friendly and made sure to call me back a few minutes later to confirm my spot and to let me know her husband would leave bottled water and the bathroom key in a safe spot. Basic park and bathrooms, but overall clean, safe and easily accessible from the highway. There is hwy and train noise, but I didn't hear a thing with earplugs in. Notable: no children under 18 and nitrates in the water (hence the bottled water). Overall good experience for a short stay.

For A Bar A Campgrounds: Easy on and off freeway - come in with full water tanks as their water is contaminated with high nitrates. They give you drinking water but that doesn't give you a good feeling. No children allowed under 18. Ok for overnight if you don't mind unsafe water. This seems to be a permanent way to run this campground.

For A Bar A Campgrounds: Went to stay the night here while on the road looked ok and cheap. Once we got here bunch of signs that no kids where allowed. Something with there water is not safe so they are not allowing kids. We have two kids so did not work for us. Just wanted to give a heads up if your traveling with kids can't come here.
