For KOA Holiday Flagstaff: On a tour of 7 States this summer, this KOA was in the worst condition of any of the RV Parks we stayed in, and the worst KOA I’ve ever stayed in.
Owners are charging premium prices ($45 for a tent site, nearly $100 for an RV site), and giving a substandard product.
The showers are old, small, and need a full refurbishment. Vent in the ceiling of the bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned for a year or more.
I gave 1 star for the staff, 1 star for the campground.
Skip it, try another location.

For KOA Holiday Flagstaff: We got scratches all over our new class A motor home because there was no way to get to our site without passing by the overgrown trees.
The site was very tight so we could barely get in.
Once we got in we could not get leveled because the muddy site was very uneven. (We have auto-level AND blocks). This is the first time we could not get leveled in 2 years and over 50 rv parks.
Now, all of this might have been ok if this place was the cheapest place we have ever been to. But it was the most expensive. We even paid more then we did for ocean view in ridiculously expensive California.
Oh, and one more thing: our neighbors on both sides were 3 feet away.

For KOA Holiday Flagstaff: We have stayed here many times in our 37’ motorhome, but this will be the last. Each site we stayed in this summer was ridiculously unlevel. Two of them we couldn’t level with blocks added! Drainage from rain has created deep grooves in some sites, and they have not filled them in. Cable only works at some sites. Our neighbors last time had no cable and then one month later we didn’t have cable. We were told it must be a widespread issue because they get lots of complaints, but they are not attempting to resolve it. The washers and dryers are so filthy that I went into town to a laundromat. I have not gone into the bathrooms. I don’t know what is happening here, but they charge a high price and the place is deteriorating quickly. So sad, because camping in the pines is so lovely.

For KOA Holiday Flagstaff: The campground was overpriced for unleveled campsites, was small sites. Will not use KOA again nor recommend to anyone!!!

For KOA Holiday Flagstaff: BAD if u have a bigger rv. Very uneven ground could do get air rv lvl so. Bad in fact we asked for a refund and left roads were soo narrow the only reason I’m not giving 1 star is because staff was nice

For KOA Holiday Flagstaff: Staff here is amazing as other reviewers have mentioned the sites are really unlevel, roads are tight. Ask to be escorted to your site so you can be guided in. I helped two campers near us to be guided in as the roads are challenging. Other then that this KOA has all that you would expect. It's nice to explore Flagstaff from here as well as hiking trails. We would return again but making notes in our camping log about the tight roads. And more then normal leveling blocks.

For KOA Holiday Flagstaff: The showers are fantastic. Bright, clean, with at least four hooks in each shower stall, a bench, and best of all, really strong water pressure! (Although the showerheads are positioned a little too low for my very tall husband, I found them to be perfectly fine for a Shorty like me.)
The RV park has lots of trees and plenty of shade. Friendly staff, very helpful. The laundry room is clean and has plenty of machines, coin operated but not expensive like at the Grand Canyon.
Will definitely stay here again.
