For Orchard RV Ranch: Totally my fault, (tia's) reserved this place for 2 weeks, don't have a clue why. When we entered the office I said something about the rv fairgrounds we thought we reserved, we were told that was their sister site & it wasn't as nice. I let it go, then looked through my papers, I had written down the fairgrounds after all. On Monday my husband ask if they could re rent our spot so we could leave, he was promptly told the owners would not allow anything like it. The woman talking wasn't friendly about it, she said we signed the papers (all eight pages of the park rules). So we've been sitting here in the middle of nowhere 11 days now. Ya it was my fault I can't get things straight, those strokes do that to you. I was living this trip as my possible last hurrah, a month ago I got the news of Congestive Heart Failure, and that doesn't play well with emphysema. So if this place is so desperate for money, I would avoid it at all costs, obviously they aren't Christians. $450 down the drain.

Slip N Slide Austin
For Orchard RV Ranch: Easy access from main hwy. with paved roads and crushed stone for level pads. Very friendly and helpful staff concerned with visitors enjoyment. Offers many amenities with local residents encouraging participation and providing a wealth of smiles and friendliness. Wifi has to be accessed by going to designated buildings in the park. Great park as we enjoyed our month long stay and will return at some point in our travels.

Flaming Eager Mouse
For Orchard RV Ranch: Just a mobile home park with some RV spots with it. So actual sites is far lower. could use more cleaning.
