For Rancho Del Sol MHP: I’m giving this place 5 stars after staying here for a month. First let me start off by saying that this is not a typical resort like the expensive, high activity, closed in, gated, and pretentious resorts that you will find nearby. Yes it’s older but it’s under new management and is being slowly being brought back to life.
What I like about this park is that the spots are spacious, the management does care if you come to them with problems or questions, the park is clean, laundry facilities are easy to use, and it’s the best affordable park in the area.
Things that I think need to be worked on are: entry access seems a bit tight but I pulled our 38’ travel trailer in with a long bed truck and was able to handle it, app to pay with can be a bit glitchy, no management on site (except during office hours) but they are very responsive via text, and the alley gets a little bit of riff raff traffic (walkers, bicycles, atv’s) but I’ve never felt unsafe. Oh and only 2 washers and 2 dryers in the laundry (uses credit card) but it’s not been too bad as the park is half empty during the high season.
The park is as quiet as you can get in the middle of town and I’m happy enough to add another month to my stay here and wil look to stay here again next winter.
