For Rest Stop: It’s 9/7/23 & both west & eastbound rest stops are open. Very nice! Huge number of truck/RV parking lanes. I did not enter the bathroom but they look nice from the outside. This rest area has the BEST pet area I’ve ever seen! The area itself is green grass that was picked up & mowed with a dog run. Also provided, dedicated water spigot and large bowl with clean, fresh water for the pups!
