For Valley Vista RV Resort: We really enjoyed our 13 nights at Valley Vista. The sites were level, pull-throughs with full hook-ups. We had no issues with the hook-ups. The staff was friendly, helpful, and eager to please. It was obvious they take great pride in providing a very nice park. The other reviews I saw were at least 3 years old, and we saw none of the same issues mentioned in those that talked about unlevel sites, hookups with problems, etc. We greatly enjoyed that the pool and hot tub were open even in October. We used them both and they were clean, empty, and perfect temperature. This park is included in our Trails Collection membership with Thousand Trails. This was our first time to stay in an over 55 park. We are sold. We will definitely be back if ever in the area again.

For Valley Vista RV Resort: Other than the sites hard to level this was a nice park. We stayed six days, we do not usually stay in parks but had friends staying. We really enjoyed the hot tub. Didn’t use any bathrooms. The front desk staff were nice and informational. Bob was amazing!

For Valley Vista RV Resort: Well, this park shows 4 star rating - that was a while ago, I think. They assigned us a space at first we couldn't get level at all. The maintenance guy, Captain Ron was so helpful. He makes the park nice. Problems - the Christmas party - the manager decided since she didn't get much food at at Thanksgiving party that she and the paid employees would go first at Christmas leaving the paying guests to go last. Everyone knows paying guests should always go first. Next problem - one day there was a water leak - no one bothered to tell the guests, they just shut the water off. We complained about not being notified and were told by the manager that she was going to deliver notices, but it was too cold. More recently - went to use the hot tub and it was cold. Called and was told they knew it wasn't working. No sign saying it was out of order and the lights were on like normal. They have activities, but only people who come to get mail sees the bulletin board. They have a monthly schedule in the office we can pick up, but several times they changed things and no one knew. We suggested they could email guests to notify them of problems like the water being shut off or changes in the activities schedule. We were told they don't do that. The park needs a different manager and needs they need to come into the 21st century. It's an okay park, but they seem to have issues that the new manager doesn't have the experience to fix. Sad for an Encore park.

For Valley Vista RV Resort: There are 16 RV parks listed to choose from in the Benson area. We drove past six of them right in Benson and they all look the same. So we got tired of looking ang picked Valley Vista. An overnight stay was $36. Gravel Pull through sites. Full hook ups work well. Mostly long term residents. Laundry room and two showers and public bathroom.
