For Carefree Manor RV Resort: We were only supposed to stay here for a week but ended up staying for over a month due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The owner is named Curtis and he was very kind in allowing us to extend on short notice. Daily and monthly rates are very competitive. One long term resident stated that Carefree Manor is the best deal in Apache Junction. Our full hookup back in site was a bit tight but comfortable. Electrical post had two extra 120 volt plug-ins, which came in handy for our 2nd air conditioner in 100+ degree heat! Park has a small pool and it was well maintained. We paid for an optional 1 month of high speed wifi and the quality at our site was excellent. Long term residents were kind and welcoming. Great location that is close to many businesses. We really enjoyed the dedicated walking/jogging path as well.

For Carefree Manor RV Resort: Nice concrete pads but very tight. Nice people. Just not enough room to maneuver.
