For Twin Peaks Campground - Organ Pipe Cactus Nat Monument: Beautiful well maintained campground. Restrooms are clean and well located throughout. Water and trash receptacles are convenient to the sites (water is also available at the RV dump station - potable to fill your tank, non-potable to rinse after dumping. Well laid out sites so that each is a pull-through. While sites are close to each other there is shrubbery to give a sense of privacy. Concrete pads with very little slope and room for rv and toad or vehicle and travel trailer. Separate section for non-generator area, plus separate section for tents with flat area for the tent itself. Some tent sites have ramadas. As of January 1, 2019 reservations through recreation.gov are required for January through March - use that site vs googling it or you may end up on an old page that no longer works and gives incorrect info.

For Twin Peaks Campground - Organ Pipe Cactus Nat Monument: Great campground with campsites embedded in a cactus garden. Immaculately clean, remote with many attractive, level sites. Very close to Mexican border so some interactions with border patrol folks is likely. These interactions (consisting of traffic check points along roads) were very polite, professional and brief

For Twin Peaks Campground - Organ Pipe Cactus Nat Monument: Beautiful campground with vatiety of nature cactus. Super clean with level concrete pads and new facilities. The nicest fed campground we've encountered.

For Twin Peaks Campground - Organ Pipe Cactus Nat Monument: Great CG! Just one thing..Not all the sites are pull through. (just for accuracy) But that shouldn't stop anyone. As I said..Great Campground! And in a fantastic Natl Monument.

For Twin Peaks Campground - Organ Pipe Cactus Nat Monument: This is a very special place with an outstanding campground. It was quite warm in Feb. so midday was the best time to have a solar shower. It has level concrete pads with desert landscaping, nice trails leading from the campground and beautiful views in every direction. We planned one night, stayed 4 because it was so pleasant.

For Twin Peaks Campground - Organ Pipe Cactus Nat Monument: Campground is excellently maintained. Staff friendly and helpful. Good ranger programs and free van tours with ranger led talks. Solar showers can be iffy. Have made this one if our favorite NP to escape cold northern weather. No bugs or moscuitoes.

For Twin Peaks Campground - Organ Pipe Cactus Nat Monument: Great park, especially if you like the desert. We stayed in Feb. right after some heavy rains. The desert was green and beautiful. Staff helpful and friendly. Good clean restrooms. Didn't try the solar showers.
