For Trails End RV Park: Great little park. Gated, wide spaces, and friendly staff.

For Trails End RV Park: Made reservations. Got in at 6 pm. Owner would not answer her phone. This awesome guy named Mitch came to help. He went and knocked on the “after hours workers camper” and the worker threw a fit! So Mitch and another awesome guy named Blake went ahead and let my family into the gate and guided us to an open spot. Once in the park, the lazy worker finally proceeded to come check on us, but really just pissed that Mitch and Blake let us in so sped his car off as I went to I introduce myself like a little kid who got picked on in school. So we stay 1 night and then stop in the office once it is open the next morning. The worker threw a fit, tried charging me for 2 spots because my wife had a 6x10 small trailer attached to her car. So I asked why I would be charged 2 spots and he proceeded to call me an Son of a Bitch. Then he would not let me pay and called me a dumb redneck from Oklahoma and tell me that he has a masters in Theology and I don’t know anything about god or the Bible! This was a joke! Horrible customer service and rude! So he would not even let me pay and finally the owner comes and tells me she is sorry for how he acted and we did not have to pay. Owner is extremely nice, park was gated and the residents were friendly and helpful. Poor rating is for after hours access and horrible office worker.

For Trails End RV Park: I just started my journey of being a full time RV,er and it had been a total nightmare until I found Sara at Trails End RV Park. She gave me her number, answered a zillion questions and helped me so much! The park is quiet the spaces are larger than some I looked at before, some shaded, it has a “laid back” feel, and it’s gated. Again, I just can’t say enough about Sara and the customer service, she has just been wonderful!

For Trails End RV Park: good Spot, Sara the manager is great.. She helped me find a good spot. Gave me rhe code to gate, wifi, her cell number to reach her if i needed any help. Made sure i could read it all. Highly recomended. Im a full timer. rare i find a place as accomidating.

For Trails End RV Park: How do you spell "dump"! Parked @ the site I was given and looked around. Beer cans, RV's with torn awnings, trash all around. RV's looked old and "permanent".
I did not stay! Did not feel safe! Told Clerk I was leaving because I did not feel safe! She looked "puzzled"!
Truck Stops and/or Walmarts would be the "Ritz" compared to this place!
