For KOA Journey Little Rock North: Roads and sites atr much too tight for a big rig unless you pay for a premium site. Even then the roads are extremely tight. We stayed one night. We were put in a gravel pull thru that we couldn't get out of without asking the guy across from us to move his truck. Then we couldn't make the turn on the road without unhooking our tow vehicle. We are seasoned travelers wth a 40 foot bus. Very disappointed .

For KOA Journey Little Rock North: Stopped just for night. We had a site next to dog run. It was noisy from interstate close by, however couldn't hear in our camper. We were able to pick up satellite from this area. Nice grassy areas to walk dogs. Paid 46 for night which is the most expensive since leaving az. We Have stayed a much nicer places for half the price. Getting off interstate 40 eastbound is a little tricky (dangerous) as heavy merging traffic as you need to get to off ramp and move over 3 lanes in a very small distance. I would suggest going in from the 430 side instead.

For KOA Journey Little Rock North: This KOA is very well maintained. Everything clean, new paint, great pool, playground equipment in great shape, and new blacktop. There are many trees and lots of shade at each site. There is road noise in daytime but quiet at night.

For KOA Journey Little Rock North: We spent three nights here in a fifth wheel. Easy to get into off of the interstate. Didn't use the amenities, but our site was very nice. We were in a 50amp pullthru that was mostly level and had a nice metal table and 4 chairs. We would stay here again.

East to West
For KOA Journey Little Rock North: We arrived late and were pleasantly surprised by all of the trees and the park like appearance of the campground. In the morning, we tied our very well behaved trained dog to the picnic bench. She did not bark or disturb anyone. My husband was approached by one of the grounds keepers who wanted to know if our dog was a pit bull. The person informed us that they were planning on calling the police on us because Pitbulls are outlawed in Little Rock. Our dog is obviously not a Pitbull and if you are going to threaten calling the cops on a well behaved dog seems like one should be confident in their ability to identify the genetic traits of the illegal dog. Needless to say, we felt offended by the way the worker handled the situation. Be warned if you have a large breed dog that this campground may bring unnecessary drama into your life. We were traveling with our toddler and just wanted to enjoy our vacation.
