For Treasure Isle RV Park: Nice people.
NO hot water in Laundry. When I asked the manager about this problem. I was told they have never had hot water in the laundry. Laundry is expensive $2.50 for a cold water rise.

For Treasure Isle RV Park: Stayed two nights at site 1. Bit pricey but has own gazebo and deck with lights and grill (did not try grill). It’s a tight fit with the position of the water but worked for us. Right on the water with a fire ring. Not a lot of room on the water, the other water sites had more lake front. Spaces on the water are close but have the lake front area to make up for it. Off the water more room but not all sites are level (enough level to work with but could take some work. Bath house was clean (only used bathroom) and nice staff and individuals living next to site one. Will go back.

For Treasure Isle RV Park: Great staff and pretty campground. You are close enough to downtown as well as a main street that has restaurants and groceries. The sites on the water are limited and very close together. We stayed in the back which is where they put the monthly rentals. We liked our spot and had plenty of room between us and other campers.

For Treasure Isle RV Park: If you’re planning on partying all night or letting your kids run wild, don’t come here. Bad behavior is not tolerated. Camp personnel patrol the grounds more than a park Ranger.
This place is an oasis in an area of depressed houses and questionable individuals. Outside the confines of the campground you will be confronted with proselytizing street sermons, panhandling, and some walking aimlessly apparently in a condition of constant altered state. Downtown Hot Springs is an area to avoid at all costs. A crowded dump with a freak show on every corner.
Inside the campground, however, the facilities are clean, the staff is extremely helpful, and the waterfront sites are steps from the water. The beat site is the most expensive, but worth it. Site 1 has a gazebo, raised decking and more than enough room to spread out. Other sites lack privacy between them but still great. The local neighbors D & D were fantastic as they took it upon themselves to be an Arkansas welcoming committee.
Hot Springs is a great location for other points of travel so if you must come to this area, stay at the oasis.

For Treasure Isle RV Park: Mike and Cheryl here. We have a 44 foot Class A RV. Here is my review of Treasure Isle RV Park. Getting to the campground is all on good roads and is just a short distance from the highway. The roads in the campground are a combination of paved and gravel. The road are not in good condition. The are uneven and bumpy. Trees seem to be trimmed so nothing to hit the motorhome. The office/visitor center was open and everyone were friendly. There is a camp store with some basic supplies. They only take cash for firewood. There is a very small area for parking while checking in. They took us to our site by golf cart. Our site was L-11, a pull in site facing the water with a fire pit and picnic table. Our site was level. The site was dry. The campground has a few seasonal folks that seemed to be in nice condition. I did not look at the bathhouse. Laundry was basic looking. There is no recreational center. No restaurant on site. There is a pool but it is very basic looking. The cable satellite system is very bad. Everything was snowy. Wifi was poor. Would go in and out. With our antenna, no over the air TV channels. Our campsite was not peaceful. Other campers would come down to the lake to party and would walk right into our site as if it belong to them. No hwy noise, but boat traffic was constant.
The only sites with any view where the 6 sites down by the lake. Our site was large but all the others seem very narrow and close to the other campers. Here where it gets worse. The sewer sump is right next to our site and it overflowed twice. Raw sewage all over the ground along our back side of the camper. Management was very responsive about the sewer, but still, the smell was bad. We would probably not come back.

For Treasure Isle RV Park: Campground is very quiet and staff friendly and helpful. Also, you can't beat the location if you want to be on or close to the lake. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the waterfront sites are very close together. We were so close to our neighbors that we could not extend the awning on our motor home, and at times it felt like we were sharing campsites with them. Sites not on the water were bigger and didn't look like they had these issues however.

For Treasure Isle RV Park: Treasure Isle RV Park is an excellent place to stay in the Hot Springs area. Plenty of places to eat and shop. It is a short drive to the National Park located in Hot Springs. The park has full hook up sites with a choice of gravel or concrete pads, 50 amp service and cable tv. There are a few lakefront sites as well. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is a quiet park, no trains or planes. All in all a great place to stay and would return if back in the area.
