For Shady Acres Campground: Nice quiet park, well taken care of. Charlie really takes good care of you. All facilities in good working order and clean. Would for sure stay there again.

For Shady Acres Campground: Nice place to stay or for overnight. It was easy to get to from I10 with a slightly difficult turn for longer rigs into the street the campground is on. We arrived a little late but the staff was very courteous and showed me a choice of pull throughs that he had left. The trees are very large and trimmed up to easily clear any legal height RV. It is a well shaded park.
The only weak spot we found was the wifi connection was nearly too slow to use. I had to hotspot via my phone to download all websites. With patience the wifi could handle basic email.

For Shady Acres Campground: Very nice campground. We did not use either bathhouse but there was a new shower being put one of them. Laundry was reasonable. Very quick run into Mobile and down to Dauphin Island. We will be back!

For Shady Acres Campground: This is a very nice park,clean well kept and the people are great BUT every minute an airplane flew over very low from 7:30-8:00pm. Hope it stops at night. None of the other reviewers mentioned the planes. If the flights stop through the night my rating will be higher.

For Shady Acres Campground: Older park with some long term tenants. Full hookups on a gravel site plus cable television. Several WiFi repeaters throughout the property and it was pretty good. Three to four Verizon bars of LTE. Good Sam is now $32.50.

For Shady Acres Campground: Very impressed with the amenities and the peace and quiet I got while staying at Shady Acres. Nice owner, safe area, Reasonable pricing with everything included, you can't beat it. Not to mention, right off the hwy and less than 10 min away from everything in the area. Will be staying here again if ever passing through again, recommend to anyone.
