For Hidden Lake Campground: This campground ranks at the top of the 24 places we stayed at this trip so far for several criteria:
attention to detail. The path by the lake was neatly trimmed and beautiful. The picnic area is fresh. Even the pit toilets were pretty on the outside. And have wooden seats. Not those scuzzy plastic ones you see everywhere else.
price $20 Canadian makes it nearly the lowest price
friendly. Many people running campgrounds are friendly - but you can see that she is genuine.
It has nice showers, a good fire pit, large pulling spots with mature trees.
I give it an A+ in its category.
In addition, the laundry although small is very reasonable at $1.50 for washer.
They aren't running this camp to get rich. But because they really want to.
