For Rest Stop: Sept 2019: Good rest area for a short or longer-term stop. Located in a rural area surrounded by agricultural fields. Quiet (except for some highway traffic noise) and not very busy, especially in the evening. Grounds and facilities, including the bathrooms, are clean and well maintained. The small town of Maxwell, at the first exit to the north, has enough of the basic amenities to make it a good slightly off-highway stop.
