For Rest Stop: Sept 2019: The grounds and facilities are well maintained and clean, including the partially fenced pet area. It appears a lot of upgrades and improvements have been made to this rest area very recently. There are several picnic tables, irrigated grassy lawn, and tall shade trees in the central area between the auto parking and the commercial truck parking. The truck spaces filled up very quickly the weekday evening we stopped here. Only half of the auto spaces were in use at that same time. Traffic noise from the nearby highway is infrequent but loud.
