For Writing on Stone Provincial Park: Super nice area, way better then Drumheller, go on the tour and go down the trail. We saw a rattle snake on the way, totally harmless but be aware. Sites do not have water or sewer but have an rv dump station and potable water available. Showers are very modern and clean.
The beach would be great for kids in the summer (we went in October)

$33.00 Site 50 - Had power. Lots of trees which we liked.
Took tour $15.00 - was interesting
Did self guided hike tour - beautiful - a must do! 4.4 km return lots of ups and downs - well worth the time.
Was VERY windy when we were there... had to move RV to block the wind so we could sit outside.
