Same concerns as previous ratings. Left hand entrance if coming from south east. Just parallel parking for RVs around the turnaround so not much room. There is a partially fenced area to let your dog off leash if it’s not a runner.

Nice, clean, well-maintained facility. Heading East, access is good but use care. It is on a downhill grade and until you are there (because of trees and shrubs), you cannot tell if parking is full or not. Heading West, Beware. You must make a left turn into the rest area--across fast-moving Eastbound traffic. After 'resting', to continue Westbound, you again have to make a left turn, across Eastbound traffic, uphill, from a somewhat blind vantage point. Traffic on Highway 60 can be busy and Fast, so be very cautious and ready for swift action, kids.

Not very big rig friendly. Three can fit around a u-turn parking area. The car section is fine. As a big rig, if you pull in and there’s no spot to park, you’ll have a tight turn just to get through and back to the exit. You cannot see feom the road if it is or isn’t full. Use caution. We are 43’ coach towing a 4 door Jeep and we’re able to make the turn...barely.
