It was nice enough for one night. Site we originally were assigned, had no grass or shade for puppy. They allowed us to move to a corner shaded site. However, we went to this park because it said no coaches greater than 10 years old. That’s not true! There was lots of older 5th wheels and campers. Some were obviously long timers, had lots of stuff outside.
Overall, it was worth the money for one night and I really liked our shaded lot. But the first spot was in the middle of a gravel lot, no shade, no grass.

Stayed here one night with the kids. Spaces were very large, it looked like they had just renovated sites (curbs, gravel, etc), and water and electric looked new, too. I have to echo all the other reviews, too, Debbie was fantastic!! Even though I was only here one night, their hospitality was incredible. Kudos!!

Nice park, great owners. Will stay here again. We felt safe and secure.

Nice enough for an overnight or short stay. Staff is very nice! Facilities are a bit dated but very clean. Internet was a bit spotty, dropped out a few times but we could stream a movie.
Spaces are great sized, we have a 15 trailer, but they looked ample for the rigs there. The site is mostly gravel, though, so not too inviting for pets & kids.
We pulled in on a Sunday after 5 and most restaurants were closing or had closed, FYI.

Does not allow RVs more than 10 years old. We were turned away for ours being 11 years old, despite it being in great condition. What do they do for all the folks that are restoring and using classic trailers?

Great place to stay while visiting Roswell area. Park is well maintained, showers and laundry are clean and tidy. WiFi and cable worked well and plenty of grass areas to walk your pets. Best part is the great attitude and cooperation of the owner/managers. We definitely recommend it to anyone traveling this way. We were in a 32' motor home but the sites will handle much larger units.

We stayed here 5/13/15 would highly recommend this park we are in 43ft. Motorhome very quite easy pull thru. But most of all Erin & Debbie were just fantastic. Wish all Parks had this kind of Hospitality.

I'm parked here right now and have been here for a week. The people here are very nice and helpful and they are currently upgrading their campground. This is a very convenient location and all of the facilities here work well and the sites are very wide and well kept up. I'll be leaving here in a few more days and would definitely stay here again upon a return visit to Roswell.

Depressing place next door to heavy machine location. Bathrooms cramped, small and uninviting. The most expensive campground I've visited. Not a lot to recommend -

Stayed here to do laundry and refresh our selves. Showers were hot. The WIFI always worked. I was able to dump my head at the site. My only concern was the fresh water. They do not have back water arrestors on their site water spigot and no one seemed to care. I did not want to have an issue with our water so I did not fill them up. As for that, it was a nice place.
