Red Barn RV Park

Very nice (small) RV Park (13 sites). Safe and quiet. Great owners. Clean and organized facility. Level spots with grassy areas. All full hookups. Bath/Shower house is very nice. Very dog friendly. This where you wanna stay if you are passing through or (like us) wanna stay a few days and see the UFOs and Billy the Kid stuff:). We’ve been out for 5 months and this is in our top 3:) Tonight is our 6th night and Melanie just said she likes it so much she doesn’t want to leave

Although the RV Park was full, Lee, the owner I believe, apologized for not having room and called another RV Park in town to confirm they had a space for us and would hold it for us. So kind of her! When I thanked her she explained that she “loved her work” and it shows! We will definitely try to stay here another time.

Great little place to use as home base while exploring Rowswell. At check-in, Lee gave us a nice map and recommendations for places to visit and things to do. Great WiFi. Sites are close and there are not a lot of them, but the park is adequate for a night or two while traveling through the area.

Rated this as 5 stars for the reasonable price, full service hookups, kindness/friendliness of the owners and overall campground. This a smaller RV Park and set in a grove of trees that gives you a cozy feeling. Recommend you call ahead to get a site. We will definitely stay here again when in Roswell. We stayed 3 nights in a 32 ft 5th wheel.

Wonderful mom and pops type place. I was hesitant to drive in because it looked small. I was happy I did. Nice even spots. Not too close together. Wonderful host. Nice nearby areas to walk the dog. Great internet. Only one shower, but just what was needed. I look forward to staying here again in our return trip. There is a nice little common area, sharing library, and honor system ice cream. Great spot!

What a find! This is a small, family run RV Park that is the best in the area. The owners are SO helpful and take great pride in their business. The amenities are apropos for the size of the park (small laundry, clean restroom/shower facilities) and there have an honor system for snacks, drinks, etc. we would definitely stay here again, thank you to the Fudge family!!

Great little park. Owners want to please and make you comfortable. They take pride in their park. Just a jewel in Roswell. If we get back this way, we would love to stay here again. Thanks for your hospitality Fudge family!

Nice little park. Nice even gravel spots. The park was clean and tidy. We used their shower facilities. Hot water lasted through 4 people. The park is surrounded by farming land. Goats and Llamas across the street.

Small charming park with very friendly acomodatinng owners. Park has a great vibe! One washer/Dryer leave 2 bucks in box in counter honor system. Same goes for sodas ect. This park makes you feel at home with friendly people. Close to town I would recommend this park to friends. Also 14 sites so I would call ahead to make sure they can accommodate you. We did get one of the to large pull thru sites.
