Stayed 2 nights in site #19 (back in) in a 34 foot motorhome. Room to park towed in front. Concrete pad, picnic table, and grill. Have to use pliers to hook up water, no handle. Internet connection is sporadic. Nice view of the lake! Other sites are pull through where you would not need to disconnect toad. Pontoon boat's, kayaks, and canoes available to rent. Marina closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Green grass and birds singing in January. Will definitely stay here again. Paid $20 a night.

Not bad for an overnight stop. Transient pull-thrus are level, graveled & spacious but lack sewage; a dump station is located in another area that was fully occupied by long-term occupants. The pool and lake would make this a superb summer stop. Wi-Fi worked but was slow; my AT&T hotspot worked great on 4GLTE (15MBS+).
Dinner recommendation - The Grill @ 5769 Sherwood Way, San Angelo, TX. Great happy hour and steaks.
$15/night. We camped in a 36' Class A.

There are older and newer sections. One has trees, the other is a parking lot. Older section is better with shade. Lots of day use activity around here.

WiFi was out for part of visit. Router not secure. Camp Host was excellent, friendly, and most helpful! No Internet and no cable TV. But had an enjoyable stay otherwise.
