Red Barn RV Park

Perfect & clean small RV park. Lee was very helpful. They take very good care of the grounds & inside. Has everything you need. Close to Main Street. Highly recommend.

Like someone said, would give Lee 10 stars!! She was a wonderful host, and the bathrooms and lounge area shows her delightful decorating skills. Quaint and homey! And best of all, she had ice cream bars available on an honor system which was a treat. We Had a pull through with a 33’ class A and tow.

We needed an RV park close to Roswell so we could easily pick up our grandson from school. This was the perfect place. In addition Lee was very pleasant and helpful when I first called and when we arrived. Our site looked out at a pleasant field behind us. The restroom was clean. We are already planning a return trip. Thank you, Lee.

You can’t beat the atmosphere—Lee is a warm, accommodating host. You’ll have access to water, electric, and clean bathrooms and shower (one women one men). You may see the local dog chase the local cat up the tree. Would come back again!

This small lovely campground is a true gem. I would give Lee 10 stars if I could. She was able to get us in at an over flow site and it was wonderful. The sites were clean on gravel with grass on both sides. The bathrooms were spotless and roomy. The lounge was comfy and welcoming. Laundry service available and inexpensive. The campground was very close to the Roswell sites. Walking trails adjacent to the campground. I absolutely loved our stay and didn't want to leave. We definitely will return on our future travels. We loved it here! Beautiful, shady grassy spots. Clean, with a clean picnic table. Red Barn has ice cream, ice, drinks for a nominal fee, nice clean shower, many interesting things to see, very pleasant and friendly owner! Highly recommend!!

Echo the previous reviews. Gem of a park. Cozy and private. Close to the aliens - can’t beat it. Second time we have stayed here and plan to be back.

Really nice park. Not large but the hearts of the owners make up for it. Stay here but make a reservation. Even when the weather is poor, this place fills up quickly; they only have 13 or so sites. They have a store on the honor system. Leave money in the box for the stuff you buy. How refreshing. Would stay here again if in the area. Lee is helpful and wonderful.
