Just spent 5 days at this campground. This is the 3rd year I have camped there in my trailer. Beautiful place right next to the river. However I have noticed the wild turkey population is getting bolder and more aggressive because people are feeding them fat their campsites. Suggest signs be put up telling people-DONT FEED THE TURKEYS.

The road in was really bad. Sites are close to the river and the fishing is good. Water and electric at site and a dump station in the park. I’m sure the condition of the road is not typical.

Sites are nice and pretty level, River is absolutely beautiful, they have some nice shaded lots, hosts were super friendly and even gave us some wood! Kids have tons of fun climbing on rocks, but watch out for those dang ants! Can’t beat the price of $14 a night! Had water, electricity and dump was easy and clean.
