Poor management,people in office screwed up building schedule. Horses shit in front of entrance to buildings.

Great overnight camping area with electric, some with water. Easy access and plenty of parking for large rigs, close to the city of Winfield. Pet friendly & close to rodeo grounds for overnighting with horses or livestock.
