Tucked in the portion of the inn that is on the beach, all guest rooms have either one or two beds, private bathrooms, TVs, and mini fridges. Most rooms have either an oceanfront or side partial ocean view. There are 12 guest rooms in the inn. Breakfast is included seasonally from May through October.

Suites

The Suites all have an open-concept layout with a full kitchen, living room with sofa bed, TV, private bathroom, and private deck or balcony with side partial views of the ocean. There are three one-bedroom suites and two two-bedroom suites. Breakfast is not included but can be purchased upon arrival during peak season from May through October.

Houses

The houses offer beachy vibes and are perfect for larger groups, families, and special occasions. There are two houses that can sleep either ten or twelve people comfortably. The Yellowtail House is the bigger of the two and has a cozy, private backyard. The Beach House has beautiful side partial views of the ocean, perfect for listening to the calm waves and feeling the sea breeze at night. Breakfast is not included but can be purchased upon arrival during peak season from May through October.

Enjoy our lovely private vacation home rentals with your loved ones, families, and friends. We have two houses to choose from: The Beach House and Yellowtail House.

Both houses are the perfect size to celebrate special occasions, such as weddings, bridal showers, bachelor or bachelorette parties, family reunions, birthdays, or just a quiet retreat. They comfortably sleep 10-12 people.

We have three inns, which are all within a few feet of each other in Dennis Port, MA, two of which are both beachfront and next door to each other. 46 total accommodations span the three inns and consist of guest rooms, suites, and vacation homes.

Dennis Port, Harwich Port, Chatham, Orleans, Hyannis, and Provincetown centers are the main strips where many restaurants, shops, and bars can be found. Depending on how far you want to drive, they are all within a 2-minute drive in Dennis Port to a 45-minute drive in Provincetown.
