September 2015: iOS9 is out. It seems to be pretty stable without any major code changes. Please report if you see any issues.
June 2015: Always expect store changes and keep in mind what was a good parking store last week may not be tonight. People grilling, leaving trash, human waste, pet waste, using levels that ruin blacktop and so on all add up to the parking privilege being removed.
May 2015: We were contacted by dozens of store managers asking to be marked as no parking. Meetings apparently covering this topic have been happening. Of course, we have to honor their requests.
Apr 8, 2013: Map Search alert: Use the city name and state abbreviation like the example: "denver co", "miami fl", "austin tx", etc. No commas or punctuation allowed. A Geocoding API run by a large well known company was turned off without notice.
In App: There is a help function inside the app. On phones, go the upper left MORE button, and then look for the Help selction. On the iPad, tap the top center grey bar.
We do have a phone but because we are actually on the road and often in more remote places (not just sitting in a plush office somewhere waiting for investors or sales), email works best. We will get your message faster and reply sooner if you can use email.
