This app stores data locally on the device itself so you can access information without service. Because of this, data updates only happen every few weeks. You may occasionally get a prompt about a remote database update.



This is about a complete database file, like downloading 3-4 songs, and may take anywhere from seconds to a few minutes to download depending on your connection and network traffic. We recommend waiting if you are in a remote location with poor internet service. Watch the indicator in the upper left status bar to know it's working. You can still browse the older information in the app while you wait.



Then a you'll see the finished notice and the indicator is gone.

Because of the way the database is used locally, it won't fully update until you restart the app.
